Energize the body and calm the mind through movement and flow during this pranayama, vinyasa & ashtanga yoga weekend retreat with Daniela Agius in our retreat & wellness center in Zeeland. With healthy vegetarian organic food, sauna's, outdoor swimming pool, hottub, massages and sometimes coaching sessions. Take a break and enjoy a whole weekend of relaxation, workshops and meeting like-minded people.

For whom: This retreat is for anyone who enjoys an active yoga flow or is open to trying! Whether you’re a regular on the mat or just yoga-curious, come as you are and let’s move together. You’ll be supported at your own pace.
Language: the teacher speaks English and has basic knowledge of Dutch. The lessons are in English.The teacher speaks English and has an understanding of Dutch. The classes are taught in English, but there’s always space for asking questions in Dutch.
Accommodation: full board with vegetarian organic food
Rooms: 1, 2 and 3/4 person rooms with private bathroom or sink. And camping with your own tent, camper or caravan.
There are sufficient bathrooms and toilets in the building.
Rates: Room with bathroom: € 560 - 1p-room | € 460 - 2p-room | € 395 - 3/4p-room. Room with washbasin: € 515 - 1p-room | € 425 - 2p-room | € 375 - 3/4p-room. Camping: € 330 and overnight stay elsewhere: € 310
Leisure time: wellness, massages or treatments, go for a walk on the beach, use one of the bicyles or just relax in the beautiful garden

Body & mind retreat: this retreat is part of a unique concept in which we fully focus on the well-being of body & mind. You take the workshops of your chosen teacher in a private group and as an extra there are some shorter workshops from the other teachers. Our motto is: do what feels good for you.
