Join this beautiful retreat with the 5 Elements containing yoga, movement, breath & voice liberation with Simon Rowe in our spacious country house in the low mountain range of the Ardèche in France. In addition to your program, there are various open lessons from the other teachers. What: all inclusive retreat with 8/10 dance classes and 8/10 open classes or other program components 

For whom: all levels, all ages and men/women. No dance experience required. 

Language: the lessons are in English. On request the teacher can teach partly in Dutch when required. 

 

Accommodation: full board with vegetarian cuisine or alternating fish/meat/vegetarian

Rooms: 1, 2 and 3/4 person (with sink and shared sanitary facilities or with private bathroom) or stay somewhere else on the campsite

Outside of the program, there's enough room for rest and relaxation – time for yourself! For movement, depth, reflection, stillness, meaningful encounters, and experiencing the beauty of nature. Come and breathe again in the clean outdoor air.

Body & mind holiday: a unique holiday concept for the well-being of body and mind in nature with plenty of space and tranquility. Throughout the week you follow one of the programs with in-depth lessons in a closed group. The non-binding open lessons of the teachers present give the week a versatile and festival-like character. The holiday motto is: "everything is allowed, nothing is mandatory!"
