In short: Open the new year with a DANCE.
Explore movement to discover yourself and connect to others.
Find your own movement pathways, rediscover the love for dance, and enjoy different qualities and ways to open your body to exciting new experiences.
We will be playing with different themes of dancing and moving, this dance retreat is open and we welcome everyBODY that wishes to move into the New Year with a smiling body.
No specific dance experience is needed - if you have a body and you can move, than you can also dance.
This retreat is part of a unique concept in which we fully focus on the well-being of body & mind. You take the workshops of your chosen teacher in a private group you can also participate in complimentary workshops from the other teachers. Our motto is: do what feels good for you.
During this retreat we will celebrate New Year's Eve with a special evening programme.
