Mindful Dance Improvisation

Dance weekend retreat with Tom Goldhand in our retreat & welness center in Zeeland. With healthy vegetarian organic food, sauna's, hot tub, outdoor swimming pool, massages and sometimes even coaching sessions. Take a break and enjoy a whole weekend of relaxation, workshops and meeting like-minded people.

When: Friday 18- 20 Sunday February 2022 (3 days/ 2 nights)

Where: Retraite & welness center De Schouw in Noordgouwe, Zeeland

What: 7 inspiring workshops (8/9 hours).

For whom: all levels, all ages and men/women. No dance experience required. 

Language: the lessons are in English. On request the teacher can teach partly in Dutch when required. 

 

Accommodation: full board with vegetarian organic food

Rates: from € 295 camping untill € 465 for a single room with bathroom

Rooms: 1, 2 and 3/4 person (with or without bathroom) and campsite

 

Leisure time: wellness, massages or treatments, go for a walk on the beach, use one of the bicyles or just relax in the beautiful garden

Wellness: sauna's, hot tub, foot bath, massage chair, outdoor swimming pool

Treatments: massage and possibly rebalance sessions or private coaching

Explore movement to discover yourself and connect to others. Find your own movement pathways, rediscover the love for dance, and enjoy different qualities and ways to open your body to exciting new experiences.

 

We will be playing with different themes of dancing and moving, this dance retreat is open and we welcome everyBODY. No specific dance experience is needed - if you have a body and you can move, you can dance too.

 

Body & mind retraite: This retreat is part of a unique concept in which we fully focus on the well-being of body & mind. You take the workshops of your chosen teacher in a private group and as an extra there are some shorter workshops from the other teachers. Our motto is: do what feels good for you.
