Experience the beautiful combination of vitalizing vinyasa flow and deeply relaxing restorative yoga during this weekend yoga retreat with Caitlin Lindsey in our retreat & wellness center in Zeeland. With healthy vegetarian organic food, sauna's, outdoor swimming pool, massages and sometimes even coaching sessions. When: Friday 1st of November/17h - Sunday 3th of November/14h 2024 (3 days/ 2 nights)
Where: Retreat & wellness center De Schouw in Noordgouwe, Zeeland
What: all inclusive retreat with 6/7 lessons, workshops or other program components - 8/9 guided hours
For whom: all levels, all ages and men/women. No yoga experience required.
Language: the teacher speaks English but understands Dutch. The lessons are in English, but Dutch can also be spoken to the teacher.
Accommodation: full board with vegetarian organic food
Rooms: 1, 2 and 3/4 person rooms with private bathroom or sink. And camping with your own tent, camper or caravan.
There are sufficient bathrooms and toilets in the building.
Rates: from € 320 for camping untill for example € 495 for a single room with bathroom.

Leisure time: wellness, massages or treatments, go for a walk on the beach, use one of the bicyles or just relax in the beautiful garden

Connect with yourself on a deeper level, enhancing your awareness of your mind, body and soul as a unified whole. Explore your inner self through both yin and yang energies, both active and restful asana practices, as well as energizing and calming pranayama. Learn how to balance your energy and improve your daily self-care by exploring the harmony and power of these dualities.
Mornings will offer a dynamic and vitalizing asana and breath practice, while evening practices will offer calming and relaxing restorative and yoga breath practices. All sessions will offer options for different levels based on your experience and level of fitness.
Body & mind retreat: this retreat is part of a unique concept in which we fully focus on the well-being of body & mind. You take the workshops of your chosen teacher in a private group and as an extra there are some shorter workshops from the other teachers. Our motto is: do what feels good for you.
