Silence Retreat: Yin yoga, Breathwork & Meditation

Intensive yoga silence weekend retreat with Rolandjan van Mulligen in our retreat & welness center in Zeeland. With healthy vegetarian organic food, sauna's, hot tub, outdoor swimming pool, massages and sometimes even coaching sessions. Take a break and enjoy a whole weekend of relaxation, workshops and meeting like-minded people.

When: Friday 29th of April/17u - Sunday 1th of May/14u 2022 (3 days/2 nights )

Where: Retraet & welness centre De Schouw in Noordgouwe, Zeeland

What: intensive retreat with 7/9 inspiring lessons, workshops our sessions (11/12 hours)

For whom: all levels, all ages and men/women

Language: the lessons are depending on the composition of the group of participants in Dutch, in English or in a mix of Dutch and English. 

 

Accommodation: full board with vegetarian organic food

Rates: from €345 for camping up to e.g. €485 for a single room. See PRICES/REGISTRATION for more details.

Rooms: 1, 2 and 3/4 person (with or without bathroom) and campsite.

 

Leisure time: wellness, massages or treatments, go for a walk on the beach, use one of the bicyles or just relax in the beautiful garden

Wellness: sauna's, hot tub, foot bath, massage chair, outdoor swimming pool (sun-heated)

Every person wishes to be truly happy. And the good news is: happiness is already our true nature.

 

This weekend is intended to remember and become completely familiar with your peaceful state of Being. Qualities such as silence, satisfaction, clarity, authenticity, love, and joy naturally flow from Here. What we are looking for is actually our Self. Or as the awakened teacher St. Francis of Assisi put it nicely: "What you are looking for, is already where you are looking from".

 

To gain clear insight, we use silent and guided meditation, Yin yoga, breathwork, self-inquiry, and for example, some dance and contact exercises.

 

Noble Silence

We stay from friday evening in "noble silence". These days we will refrain from socializing, reading, internet and other forms of communication. The social silence outside of the lessons is an extra opportunity to always bring your attention home to the silence of Being; in order to become more familiar and anchored in your Essence.

 

Body & mind retraite:
This retreat is part of a unique concept in which we fully focus on the well-being of body & mind. You take the workshops of your chosen teacher in a private group you can also participate in complimentary workshops from the other teachers. Our motto is: do what feels good for you.
