Rest in being. Rolandjan van Mulligen presents an yin yoga, breathwork & meditation long weekend retreat in retreat center Zeeveld in Castricum nearby sea. With healthy vegetarian organic food, dune and beach walk and optional massages. Take a break with relaxation, movement, deepening and meeting like-minded people.

When: Friday, April 15th/17u - Monday, April 18th/14u 2022 (4 days/3 nights)

Where: Retreat centre Transitium Zeeveld in Castricum (Amsterdam area)

What: 10/11 inspiring lessons, workshops or sessions (12/14 hours)

For whom: all levels, all ages and men/women

Language: the lessons are depending on the composition of the group of participants in English, in Dutch or in a mix of English and Dutch. 

 

Accommodation: full board with vegetarian organic food

Rooms: 1, 2 and 3 person (with or without bathroom) and campsite.

Noble Silence

We spend the mornings in 'noble silence'. These moments we will refrain from socializing, reading, internet and other forms of communication. The social silence outside the lessons is an extra opportunity to always bring your attention home to the silence of Being; to become more familiar and anchored in your Essence.
