In short:

"Come explore some yoga moves dipped with mindfulness and simple creativity. We will explore every part of ourselves using body, breath, slowness, stillness & natural waves. Join Hilary Brown, Founder or Yoga Moves in Utrecht on this summertime flow.

Explore the naturalness of our fluid bodies; paying attention to the core elements of grounded stable earthy body, combined with the freedom to move with suppleness and lightness. Practice accessible yoga & somatic movements that free up the fascia, muscles, and relax the mind. We will work slowly and mindfully, exploring our true nature. Learning to be in the present is a gift to yourself and others.

Hilary will teach primarily in English - but she also speaks Dutch "

This retreat is part of a unique concept in which we fully focus on the well-being of body & mind. You take the workshops of your chosen teacher in a private group and as an extra there are some shorter workshops from the other teachers. Our motto is: do what feels good for you.
